This board ranks her on Elemental Mastery (objective { kind: 'stat', stat: 'em' }) — the stat that measures a well-built Citlali — not on personal damage she isn't built to deal. The per-instance Cryo damage shown (skill cast + burst) is an ATK-scaling detail view, not the ranking basis. Kit sourced from Genshin Optimizer (2026-07-07); the EM ranking rides the engine's GO-verified stat pipeline.
