This board ranks her on Elemental Mastery (objective { kind: 'stat', stat: 'em' }) — the stat that measures a well-built Citlali — not on personal damage she isn't built to deal. The per-instance Cryo damage shown (skill cast + burst) is an ATK-scaling detail view, not the ranking basis. Kit sourced from Genshin Optimizer (2026-07-07); the EM ranking rides the engine's GO-verified stat pipeline. Reference build: Starcaller's Watch R1 (her signature, EM substat), 4pc Gilded Dreams, EM sands/goblet/circlet, ~20 substat rolls across em/ER/crit.
