Tome of the Eternal Flow R1 (HP +16%; +42% Charged Attack DMG at 3 stacks - his HP swings during the channel keep them refreshed) and Marechaussee Hunter 4pc (+36% CRIT Rate at 3 stacks, same trigger) are explicit modifiers; the MH 2pc NA/CA +15% is auto-merged from the worn set.
