Flins — Electro Hypercarry (Single Target)

Flins is an on-field Electro polearm DPS. His Elemental Skill (Ancient Rite: Arcane Light / Manifest Flame form) infuses his Normal Attacks with Electro that cannot be overridden, so his enhanced Normal Attack string is his main damage. This board ranks him on personal damage — a straight-Electro single-target rotation (enhanced N1-N6 + burst), the same 'personal damage, no reaction' shape as the Raiden hypercarry calc. His Lunar-Charged reaction is a new Electro reaction the engine does not model; straight-Electro damage is still a valid relative leaderboard (every build uses this same calc).
