Blizzard Strayer 4pc (+40% CRIT Rate vs frozen) and the Mistsplitter Reforged R1 passive (+12% elemental DMG, 3 emblem stacks: NA cryo hit + burst cast + energy below 100% during the burst window) are explicit modifiers below; the Blizzard 2pc cryo bonus is auto-merged from the worn set. A1 (+30% NA/CA after skill) and A4 (+18% cryo after sprint) are condition-gated in the module. Benchmark substats follow the KQM-style budget: 20 rolls, >=2 per useful stat (atk_/critRate_/critDMG_/er_/em), remainder into crit, max-tier roll values. Team provides freeze uptime and grouping only; no team stat buffs or VV shred are modeled (enemy stays at the KQM-standard 10% RES).
